Our fashion brand is seeking a skilled and creative Senior Fashion Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the research, design and development of our ready-to-wear collections focusing on Tailoring, Outerwear, Denim and Shirting categories.">

This role involves leading fit sessions, providing technical support and ensuring accurate garment details are communicated. You will also collaborate closely with the Product Developer to ensure accurate design handover, manage the critical path and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Fashion Design or equivalent, 3+ years of proven success in a designer role and strong Photoshop, Illustrator CAD and other design program skills. Experience in denim design and development, with a focus on wash techniques and finishes, is highly desirable.

  • Create original Illustrator CADs, delivering accurate design packs and ensuring quality, cost, and sustainability considerations are met within margin and pricing guidelines.
  • Research and identify key trends, fabrics, colours, and styles through various mediums, providing seasonal trend analysis and insights to the team.
  • Analyse sales feedback and conduct SWOT assessments to continuously improve designs and contribute to broader business strategies.
  • Coach and develop the design team, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
