**Career Opportunity**

We seek a highly motivated Fashion Buyer to join our team in research, development, and purchasing of new products.

You will partner with Senior Buyers to identify market trends, design packs, and sourcing materials while assisting with administrative tasks within the buying team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend knowledge and interpretation aligned with the brand's essence.
  • Supporting designers in illustrating designs and creating CADs/design records.
  • Staying updated on local and overseas market trends.
  • Analyzing trend relevance for the brand and developing accordingly with the designer.
  • Demonstrating a broad awareness of current trends.
  • Sampling with suppliers.
  • Tracking product performance.
  • Communicating with Sales teams about new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in visualizing design concepts (PC/MAC).
  • Able to translate fashion trends into commercial design concepts.
  • Fabric and raw material knowledge.
  • Awareness of local and overseas fashion retail markets.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
