Senior Designer - Womens Footwear

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a customer-centric product range that meets the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing across womens' wear and a strong understanding of global and market trends. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify, interpret and implement these trends to grow sales through great-looking product and effective communication.

Trend Forecasting

  • Develop and implement trend forecasting strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform design decisions

Ranging and Product Development

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment or supplier to DDS
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Advanced use of software such as GBSS, Cebtric and Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
