Job Description:

As a skilled export specialist, you will play a key role in arranging and directing the transportation of export consignments from origin to destination. Your primary responsibility will be to compile, complete, and verify required documents in accordance with company policy and procedure as well as external body regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together with the export team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
  • Carry out export workflow processes in accordance with management directive, customer instructions, SOPs, and specified requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and service providers both locally and overseas
  • Solve export issues with a range of stakeholders including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers
  • Plan and prioritize export shipments from the Export Workbench to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs, and deadlines
  • Calculate monetary issues such as invoice costings, GST, etc., and weights and measures in relation to load sizes, space availability, etc.
  • Support the Senior Team Lead & Manager with day-to-day activities and other reasonable tasks and projects as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have industry knowledge and experience, CargoWise One knowledge and experience, and knowledge of relevant industry regulations: RACA, IATA, Dangerous Goods.
