PACE NSW are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join their team as an Export Air Freight Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end control of the Export & Import Air Freight process
  • Liaise with Forwarders, Airlines and Agents on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the warehouse for check-ins/export build-ups & breakdowns
  • Liaise & negotiate Carrier rates
  • Assist with Import operations as required
  • Rate collation & quoting Export shipments (Imports also when required)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a freight forwarding environment ideal
  • Previous experience with Cargowise advantageous
  • Able to think and act quickly
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and build a career within the industry
