About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and support the delivery of key people and culture initiatives.
This role plays a vital part in partnering with operational leaders to drive strategic outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on employee matters including case management and investigationsSupport enterprise agreement negotiations and change initiativesPartner with leaders to align people strategies with business goalsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and union representativesSupport recruitment, onboarding, and annual people and culture activitiesPromote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellenceWhat you will need to succeedA minimum of 5 years previous experience in a Generalist HR role.Bachelor's degree tertiary qualification in Business, HR or Organisational Psychology.Proven experience working within a People & Culture (P&C) team, with exposure to Employee Relations (ER) and a strong track record in corporate project work.Experience in managing complex HR cases, investigations, and providing consultative support to business leaders.Benefits of working with usCareer Growth and developmentInclusive and Collaborative cultureCompetitive compensationEngaging and purpose driven workWork, life balanceOur businessAdbri Limited is a constructions materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
