About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Strategist to drive growth and advance their career in a high-performing team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving internal alignment of the brand strategy and message, influencing key stakeholders in our headquarters. They will work closely with the General Manager Marketing to develop strategic direction for the brand, aligned with customer and merchandise strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that promote national and local awareness, collaborating with agencies to deliver impactful results.
  • Buuild the Online and Social Media Strategy as a key element of the marketing plan.
  • In conjunction with the General Manager Marketing Manager, develop the Marketing plan to reflect the brand strategy, considering national plans for Australia and New Zealand and local area plans for each region.
  • Optimise advertising and promotional effectiveness.
  • Develop strong relationships with VM Manager and Product team, graphics, planning, and other areas influencing marketing.
  • Build effective relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Manage all agencies to ensure high standards of creative work and resource use.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years retail marketing experience, ideally 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Personal drive and integrity to take responsibility and deliver results.
