Customer Service Expert Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and resolve IT issues in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all service desk requests, including logging, categorizing, and prioritizing incidents.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot basic level faults, escalating more complex issues to other technical teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and third parties through outstanding communication skills and exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating and updating relevant documentation.
  • Achieve high levels of job satisfaction while meeting or exceeding required SLAs.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an IT Technical Support role is essential.
  • Diploma or equivalent in an IT-related field is preferred.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and TCP/IP networking knowledge.
  • ITIL Foundation awareness is desirable.
  • Ability to resolve IT issues over the phone and provide exceptional customer service.
