As a seasoned electrical engineer, you will oversee key projects and drive excellence in our organization.

About the Role:

You will work closely with directors and engineering managers to ensure project success, taking charge of major infrastructure projects across Australasia. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bolstering client relationships and fostering partnerships
  • Leading projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
  • Driving efficiency, adhering to budget targets, and meeting schedule milestones
  • Maintaining high standards in HV earthing system analysis and reporting, leveraging expertise in power systems where possible
  • Coordinating HV earthing testing and site evaluations, including soil resistivity and current injection tests
  • Catalyzing project teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Mentoring junior engineers in technical and commercial aspects
  • Contributing to business growth through process improvements and ongoing professional development (4 CPD days/year)

To excel in this position, you will bring:

Key Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in HV earthing analysis and site testing
  • High proficiency in CDEGS (strongly preferred)
  • HV power systems experience (PTW, ETAP) highly desirable
  • Australian-recognized degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Exceptional client relationship building skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and passion for mentoring
