Electrical Engineer - Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Engineer to fill the role of Project Manager on our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior engineer to lead challenging projects, drive meaningful outcomes, and advance their career in electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement electrical systems and infrastructure for various industrial and municipal water/wastewater projects
  • Develop and maintain effective project management plans, ensuring timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and designers
  • Perform site visits, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
  • Professional registration as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems design, specification, and analysis, including experience with medium to high voltage systems
  • Strong understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70E guidelines for electrical safety
  • Effective communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
