We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Bookings Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work efficiently with colleagues and administrative staff, and possess a sound knowledge of Oncology booking and treatment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Issues Promptly
  • Manage Patient Journeys
  • Book and Confirm Patients
  • Maintain Sound Knowledge of Oncology Procedures
  • Promote Compassionate and Efficient Service
  • Liaise with Internal and External Support Staff
  • Accurately Enter Data into Medical Records
  • Maintain Appointment Diaries
  • Respond to Messages in a Timely Manner
  • Participate in Service Improvement Initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Able to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Sound Knowledge of Oncology Booking and Treatment Procedures
  • Ability to Prioritize Delivering Positive Patient Experiences
  • Healthcare Experience or Knowledge of Mosaiq
