The hospital features 486 beds, a 50-bed Emergency Department, a 20-bed general and cardiothoracic ICU, 14 state-of-the-art theatres including cardiac catheter labs, a world-class education centre, doctors lounge and excellent staff facilities.

**Key Responsibilities as Patient Coordinator**
- Facilitate patient bookings and referrals
- Manage patient waitlists
- Communicate with patients, surgeons, nursing staff, and other stakeholders
- Recognise team workload and adapt to different roles when required
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a patient booking environment
- Certificate III in Health Administration or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
