About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to join our Senior Leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering our end-to-end marketing and communications strategies to drive strategic growth across our brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Create a unified vision for our marketing and communications strategy, including oversight of cross-functional initiatives.
  2. Act as a brand champion, reporting on key brand metrics and driving data-based refinement.
  3. Develop and deliver annual marketing and communication plans, taking into account market segmentation, targeting, and positioning for key business objectives.
  4. Own digital marketing content and analytics to create high-performing marketing campaigns.
  5. Manage internal and external communications functions, including cultivating positive relations with agency and media partners.
  6. Help drive deeper client and industry relationships to enhance overall brand positioning.
  7. Participate in product marketing initiatives and other marketing activities as required.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing or marketing communications, ideally in an Enterprise Sales or Medical software environment.
  • Experience managing and developing a marketing team, nurturing their career development and growth.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
