Job Description

We are seeking a Senior People & Capability Advisor to join our organization. As a senior member of the People & Capability Team, you will have responsibility for both strategic and operational people activities.

  • Partner with leaders by providing advice, coaching across all areas of HR,
  • Support growth initiatives and work collaboratively with the broader People & Capability team,
  • Consult with business stakeholders to identify short and long-term HR support requirements,
  • Advise managers and employees on issues related to domestic and international secondments and relocations,
  • Develop and execute HR projects for business-wide initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A breadth of generalist experience including both strategic and operational HR,
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior leadership,
  • A pragmatic professional that connects easily with people and can build and maintain long-term relationships,
  • An inquisitive approach, seeking to understand key stakeholders within and across teams,
  • A Bachelor level degree or above within human resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
