Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in strategic planning, talent management, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior leaders and department heads on human resources matters.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations to improve workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. They will also have a proven ability to build trust at all levels and manage ambiguity effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources or related field and relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/PHR or HRCI certification.

About You:

  • Worked within an agile & matrixed environment.
  • Strong business commercial approach & a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
  • A strong background across the full employee lifecycle including performance and remuneration reviews, external business job architecture, talent and succession planning, recruitment and workforce compliance.
  • Good with HRIS platforms — ideally Workday — using systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with strengths-based frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities and build trust at all levels with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
