Job Title: National Technology Solutions Expert

We are seeking an exceptional expert in National Technology and Solutions to drive strategic transformation across our mining equipment portfolio.

  • Define and execute a clear technology strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive growth.
  • Educate stakeholders on emerging technologies and ensure seamless integration into customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Vision
  • Develop and implement the Technology and Solutions strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer support, engineering, and IT.
Customer-Focused Solutions Delivery
  • Coordinate implementation and support of technology solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Business Analysis and Problem-Solving
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead complex problem-solving initiatives to optimize service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.
