We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Trainer to join our WA Asset Projects Autonomous Haulage Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in scoping Autonomy competencies and developing a robust training strategy and plan for project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training plans to maintain safety, compliance, and performance during mining operations.
- Support the management of vendor/customer selection, contracts, and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes.
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable plans and communicate, manage, and analyse their implementation.
- Source information, plan, and conduct analyses to support evidence-based decision making.
- Design and implement governance/assurance practices and Management of Change procedures to control value outcomes.
About You
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and relationship management skills, a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, and a minimum C Class Driver's license. Experience in operating surface mobile equipment, such as Liebherr excavators and CAT loaders, is essential.
