Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on Epiroc Surface drills, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Create interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving the training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on product developments and incorporate them into training materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience maintaining Epiroc surface drills in mining or construction industries.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Epiroc surface drills, their functions, and maintenance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training content to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as PowerPoint.
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
