High Risk Trainer Assessor

At Programmed, we're seeking a highly skilled High Risk Trainer Assessor to join our team in the minerals and resource industry. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to the training and assessment of operational roles and activities across Newman Operations.
As a High Risk Trainer Assessor, you'll be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of training plans, training material, and training programs that ensure safety, compliance, and performance in line with business and industry standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with execution leaders, supervisors, and other teams to build required capabilities within their teams to maintain safety and performance during operations. You'll conduct routine safety activities and verifications, review and design training plans, deliver training programs, and carry out performance verifications against standards at the frontline.
We're looking for a candidate with high risk qualifications, including any of the High Risk Work License (HRWL) classes, such as Forklift (LF), Elevated Work Platform (WP), Non-Slewing Crane (CN), and Vehicle Loading Crane (CV). You should also possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122.
In this role, you'll have a strong background in Mobile Equipment Maintenance and/or Fixed Plant Maintenance or construction. Your outstanding organisational skills, ability to effectively prioritise tasks, and experience working independently and as part of a team are essential. Additionally, you'll have proven experience and skills in the use of technology in managing work processes, data capture, and compliance reporting.
