Digital Health Transformation Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive digital transformation initiatives in the health and human services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing technology-enabled solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and lead project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a related field, preferably in digital health or transformation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, IT, or health sciences.
