A Performance Enhancement Specialist

About the Role

This position involves working with global colleagues to design and deliver programs that enhance performance and support talent development. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering learning programs for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance performance and support talent development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop initiatives to meet those needs.
  • Built eLearning content to support self-paced learning and professional development.
  • Develop and deliver self-development and professional development content and curriculum.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of a Learning Management System in the APAC region.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a learning and development role with at least 3 years delivering and facilitating training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong meeting and training facilitation skills.
  • Experience facilitating virtual learning sessions.
  • eLearning training and digital resources design and development experience.
  • Collaboration and partnering skills including strong listening and questioning skills.
