Job Summary

APAC Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced talent management professional to join our APAC team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enhancing people performance and business growth in the region through the implementation of learning and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives tailored to the APAC market, allowing for customization per country where relevant.
  • Partner with the People Team and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs. Create and implement L&D initiatives based on these needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Deliver or source leadership development where needed.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance learning impact.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working with or within Learning & Development and/or Talent Management teams and leading leadership development initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercially savvy, with the ability to connect L&D and talent management to business needs.
