  • Influence leaders to adopt proposed learning solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements based on outcomes.
  • Proven experience as a business partner and trusted advisor in complex matrix-style organizations.
