People & Culture Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Your primary focus will be on providing tactical and strategic advice to executives and senior leaders, as well as partnering with the business to achieve commercial goals. You will develop leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and embed culture and behaviors that deliver commercial outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide tactical and strategic advice to executives and senior leaders.
  • Partner with the business to achieve commercial goals.
  • Develop leadership capability, improve employee engagement, and embed culture and behaviors that deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point on HR matters, providing consulting/coaching, issue resolution, and support across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Develop a people strategy for stakeholders, with plans that support engagement, workforce planning, employee relations, and learning & development.
About This Role
  • This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract.
  • As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with executives and senior leaders to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a driven, collaborative culture that values decisive action.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar HR or People & Culture Business Partner role.
  • You will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, people manager experience, and proven ability to develop tailored strategies for business units.
  • Prior experience creating L&D programs and managing complex recruitment functions is highly regarded.
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations is also desirable.
