Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Leader to manage a growing team of sales agents.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving results through effective leadership and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff
  • Conduct regular team and individual reviews to meet performance targets
  • Design and document sales training materials
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance staff skills and productivity
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to drive results in a sales environment
  • Experience training sales professionals
  • Understanding of B2B sales principles desirable
  • Previous experience in a call centre setting highly desirable
