Job Role: Strategic Financial Leader

The Strategic Financial Leader will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive financial strategy and finance transformation.

  • Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the business through financial insights and analysis
  • Build a culture that drives performance excellence and development by fostering a collaborative environment and promoting employee growth
  • Develop and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the finance function transformation to embed best-practice reporting, governance, and business partnering models
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis in partnership with the business to set annual and three-year financial budgets
  • Partner with Executive and senior Leaders to provide insights to drive business performance and control costs
  • Ensure effective management of finance operations, including accounts payable, receive, and payroll, to meet service levels, risk, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Oversee procurement and facilities management to meet business needs and enable operating efficiencies
  • Drive customer focus to enable continuous improvement and best practice systems and processes
