Senior Project Cost Manager

We are seeking a skilled project manager to provide leadership and support to the team across all aspects of projects.
- Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan report;
- Measurement of all building elements for cost plan;
- Engage with market to obtain quotations/pricing to support cost estimate;
- Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.
- Quantity surveying or related degree;
- 10 years postgraduate experience;
- AIQS or RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership;
- Experience in cost estimation is preferred;
- Data centre experience ideal but not required.
