Job Description

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy environment. They should have expertise in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects. Chartered (MRICS/AIQS) or working towards completion—full support provided. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on relationships are also required.
