Research Fellow in Psychology/Neuroscience for Eating Disorders

Monash University is seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team in the field of eating disorders research. As a Research Fellow, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary project team that includes neuroscientists, clinical psychologists, and clinical scientists.
About the RoleThis is a 2-year fixed-term appointment that will coordinate innovative multimodal assessment and intervention studies focused on eating disorders. You will develop comprehensive research and treatment protocols that incorporate biological, psychological, and functional assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate research studies and develop research protocols
- Supervise research staff and provide guidance to junior researchers
- Contribute to or prepare research proposals for submission to external funding bodies
- Oversee the conduct of research and produce high-quality publications
- Present findings at national and international forums
We are seeking someone with a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline such as Psychology or Neuroscience, or equivalent qualifications and research experience. You will also bring demonstrated skills in statistical analysis, research proposal writing, and manuscript preparation, as well as experience in clinical study coordination and cognitive assessments.
