About the Job:

We are seeking a professional to support our Craigieburn branch in creating a signature customer experience. This pivotal role focuses on generating lending growth and identifying opportunities.

A Typical Day Includes:

  • Holding meaningful conversations to determine customer goals
  • Increasing growth and managing retention of a consumer lending portfolio
  • Proactively working to acquire new customers
  • Supporting the Branch Manager to uplift team performance
  • Retaining existing customers with financial solutions

You Will Bring:

  • Experience in Home Lending/Mortgage or Credit products is essential
  • Passion for building relationships within your community
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Charisma, drive, ambition, and customer-centric approach
