Job Title: IT Support

The Role

We are seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to join our Tech Support Team in North Sydney.

This role provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, VOIP, and networking systems.

The IT Support Specialist contributes to IT innovation, system implementation, process improvement, and asset management.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VOIP, and network issues
  • Support key systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud Storage, VOIP, MDM, Service Desk, and Jira
  • Manage IT assets from deployment through to secure decommissioning
  • Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and account management
Requirements
  • Experience in a multi-site IT support environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-first approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, MDM tools, and ITSM platforms
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in IT (or related field)
