Busselton Depot Customer Experience Associate

At Viva Energy, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers in the Busselton area.
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at the Strelly Street depot in Busselton. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced service station environment, interacting with customers and providing top-notch service.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a customer-centric approach and are able to work independently as part of a team, we want to hear from you.
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role:
Main Responsibilities- Console Operations: Provide excellent customer service, process sales, and encourage increased sales through upselling and promotions, while ensuring accurate processing of paperwork.
- Forecourt Management: Ensure the safety of customers and staff, manage the driveway attendants, and monitor for drive-offs.
- Shop Operations: Maintain a clean and well-presented shop, ensure stock is fully stocked, and rotate stock to prevent obsolete items.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and a willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing role.
- Willingness to help other staff members as needed.
Working hours will be Monday and Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. Additional hours may be required to cover staff absences or annual leave. This role is open to job sharing or two part-time staff covering the above hours.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
