Organisational Transformation Lead

This is a challenging opportunity to lead an organisation's Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation project. As the organisational transformation lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change management plan for the IAM implementation project.
About the Role:- Develop a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with business objectives, project goals, and stakeholder needs.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, IT teams, and security professionals.
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, with at least 2 years in a technology or IAM-specific role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing change in large-scale projects or organisational transformations.
- Experience working with IT teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
This contract is available for an initial term of 12 months. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a challenging project that will contribute significantly to the organisation's digital transformation.
