Organisational Change Management Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Management Specialist to lead and manage change-management streams through transition to future-state.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement change management deliverables that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams and sponsors to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster positive engagement throughout the change process.
  • Work closely with other stream leads to identify, understand and facilitate transition activities.
  • Align transition activities with the scope and scale of business impacts resulting from changes.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in complex transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change programs, including designing, developing and implementing change deliverables.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Project and Change Management framework and governance methodologies and tools.
  • Skilled in collaborating with project sponsors, managers and owners to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.
