We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Advisor to lead and support the planning, execution, and embedding of change management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will partner with various stakeholders to drive cultural and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective change plans to assess complexity and design appropriate strategies.
- Define a change management approach using user insights and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Assess readiness and develop transition plans to ensure a smooth transition.

- 5+ years experience managing cultural and organisational change.

- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
