Virtuoso Account Executive, Member Engagement

As a key player in the esteemed travel agency network, Virtuoso, renowned for its focus on luxury and experiential travel, the Account Executive, Member Engagement will be pivotal in enhancing member performance and fostering engagement. This role entails close collaboration with Account Directors to execute regional business strategies, uphold compliance with Virtuoso standards, and optimize market performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of regional business strategies and budgets
  • Assist in the implementation of the business strategies
  • Ensure adherence to Virtuoso standards
  • Oversee member account strategies
  • Manage and utilize the company CRM system
  • Participate in market events and conferences
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects
  • Facilitate onboarding for new members
  • Engage in member conferences and educational initiatives
  • Conduct competitive analysis and reporting
  • Address critical member issues
  • Supervise production reporting

Educational and Skills Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-driven with a focus on commercial outcomes
  • Commitment to high-quality service
  • Self-starter, dynamic, and innovative
  • Strong business insight and market awareness
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities

Travel Requirements:
  • Approximately 35%+ travel time expected
  • Mainly domestic travel with occasional international trips

Type/Nature of Contacts:
  • Internal: Key interactions with Account Managers, Account Directors, and Marketing Manager
  • External: Predominantly engaged with owners & managers in the market
