Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Lead who will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy.

  • Establish strategic direction for digital transformation initiatives within our department.
  • Mentor and guide experienced professionals to ensure quality in the design, development, and implementation of digital transformation projects.

The position will provide leadership oversight to all digital transformation initiatives delivered via our organizational program. Specific focus will be required on developing a robust digital transformation strategy that aligns with our goals.

This is a 24-month fixed-term position with potential for extension. The successful candidate will work across multiple domains as an equal partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy that drives business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide experienced professionals to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital transformation, preferably in a similar industry.
