Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services team, responsible for delivering cutting-edge global mobility programs that enhance business efficiency and compliance.

As part of this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet their unique needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our global mobility services, driving strategic value and quality across international and domestic workforces.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level assignees, providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to optimize global mobility programs.
  • Lead onshore and offshore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic value.
  • Oversee mobility advisory projects, identifying and mitigating business risks related to social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services environments.
  • Client and Communication Excellence: Strong client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees, and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strategic Agility and Commercial Awareness: A combination of strategic insight, commercial awareness, and flexibility to deliver under pressure and showcase innovative solutions like technology demos.
