International Mobility Expert

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled International Mobility Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and oversee full lifecycle international workforce transitions, ensuring compliance and enhancing the employee experience across borders.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage global expatriate management cycles with strong partnerships with people business partners.
  • Develop and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships globally.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consult with key stakeholders on global mobility standards interpretation for long-term and short-term international assignments, permanent relocations, external international hires, project workers, and frequent business travelers.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in all areas of global mobility, including immigration matters, employer taxes, and relocation management.
  • Support employees, managers, and HR partners on global mobility programs, policy compliance, and strategic talent mobility.
">Requirements:
  • Extensive background in all aspects of global mobility, including immigration, tax, payroll, mobilizations/assignment on international projects, entire assignment lifecycle, relocation management, and third-party provider coordination.
  • Experience handling inter-country transfers across Asia Pacific Region (APAC).
  • Strong analytical thinking and responsiveness to dynamic business environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide guidance and advice to diverse stakeholders.
