Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in delivering holistic care and fostering community connections for children living with disabilities or developmental delays.

  • Build and strengthen communication between families, service providers, and the community.
  • Support families in accessing early childhood services, including appointment reminders and health education.
  • Assist in developing culturally appropriate resources in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate care for children and families, ensuring a seamless experience with community services.
  • Deliver individual and group-based programs developed by our allied health team.
  • Collect, monitor, and record data, maintaining accurate participant records.
  • Participate in community outreach and health promotion activities focused on early childhood intervention.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and culturally sensitive professional who has:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or the willingness to obtain it.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with families and communities.
  • Experience in community-based programs and working collaboratively in a team environment.
