About the Position

The role is responsible for risk assessment under the MARAM framework, individualized support planning, and coordination of wraparound services. The Practitioner will oversee complex cases, provide clinical supervision and mentoring to Family and Domestic Violence Case Workers, and deliver specialist secondary consultation to strengthen responses across BRAMS and with external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification: Social work, psychology, counseling, community services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated Expertise: Specialist knowledge and experience in family and domestic violence practice, including use of the MARAM framework.
  • Experience: Providing holistic case management and client-led support.
  • Clinical Supervision: Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and secondary consultation.
  • Trauma-Informed Practice: Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally safe practice, particularly in working with Aboriginal people, families, and communities.
