What you'll do Define and own the product roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business goals Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment – from ideation to delivery and iteration Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather insights and align on priorities Design, prototype, and test new features and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring it's always refined and ready for development Work with developers, QA, and other team members to deliver on key initiatives Monitor and report on key success metrics for product releases and feature adoption Take ownership and drive corrective action for initiatives that aren't tracking to plan What you'll have5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in tech-driven environments Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies A background working on complex, customer-focused digital products with multiple flows and integrations Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – from developers to senior executives A data-informed mindset – you understand customer needs through data and feedback Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for building great products Key benefits Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business Be involved – regular product and technology roadmap and business strategy updates Flexible working environment – headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and flexible policy Family support – industry-leading 26 weeks paid parental leave Varied workspaces – spaces for collaboration, brainstorming and focus Benefits supporting wellbeing – from a birthday day off to end of trip facilities Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Product Management and Marketing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Shift.
