Senior Product Innovation Manager

A critical role exists for a senior product development professional to drive the strategic direction of owner-supplied equipment (OSE) product development, in alignment with key business goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a vision for OSE product innovation, focusing on clean energy technologies and energy storage systems.
- Research and explore new products to add to the OSE categories, ensuring collaboration with master planning and design teams.
- Manage a team to deliver critical initiatives and support project delivery efforts.
- Oversee processes related to technical specification, approval, procurement, commissioning, and continuous improvement of OSE products.
- Lead quality assurance and design checks for new products and applications.
- Promote vendor briefs to develop designs from feasibility through concept, scheme, and detailed design stages.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, or data centre design and operations, with prefabrication or modular construction experience.
- Experience in energy generation, distribution, and/or storage industries is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills are required.
