About the Role

This rewarding position involves delivering exceptional person-centred care to clients with various disabilities and complex behaviours. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social activities.
  • Supporting clients in achieving their goals, enhancing their overall quality of life.

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including weekday shifts from 6am to 10pm.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with challenging behaviours, including Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.
  • A background in intellectual disabilities and complex care.
  • Training in restrictive practices and effective communication skills.
  • A current driver's licence and a passion for empowering others.
