This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months. The role involves partnering with the Service Delivery business function to provide strategic advice and support.

As a Senior HR Generalist, you will work closely with the General Manager of Service Delivery on all people related matters.

The successful candidate will have extensive HR Generalist and partnering experience in complex organisations.

You will also have a proven track record of advising and partnering a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and influence across different levels of an organisation.

Key responsibilities include providing on-going support, guidance and coaching to leaders, facilitating advice and supporting the achievement of business goals.

You will contribute to various strategic HR initiatives and proactively support leaders across the employee lifecycle.
