The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, participant-focused role. This is your chance to make a tangible difference every day by coordinating support plans and enabling choice and control for people with disabilities.

You will be provided with a company vehicle for all work-related travel, including site and client visits.
Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and service providers to implement and manage their NDIS plans.
• Build participants' capacity to understand, implement and review their NDIS goals.
• Develop strong networks with community, mainstream and informal supports.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS systems.
  

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NDIS Support Coordination (mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of the NDIS framework, particularly recent updates such as PACE and participant safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and resilience.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
• Company vehicle provided for all client and site-related duties.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
