About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Cross-Sector Triage and Concierge Team. As a key member of our Regulatory Reform team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a streamlined regulatory approval process across various portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team to provide timely updates and advice on regulatory assessments and approvals.
  • Enhance transparency and visibility of project statuses while improving assessment processes and approval pathways.
  • Offer strategic guidance on policy direction, government priorities, and regulatory streamlining.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in assessment and approval processes.
  • Foster a culture of communication, collaboration, and customer service within your team.
  • Utilize advanced relationship management skills to consult, influence, and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes.
  • Oversee internal reporting requirements and collaborate with the Office of Coordinator General to support collaborative reporting and communication systems.
  • Maintain and analyze data on assessment timeliness and gather proponent feedback for continuous improvement.
