As a leader in customer service, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. Your strong passion for coaching and teaching will enable you to take on a leadership role with all aspects of the Customer Experience, including store operations, training, employee management, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by motivating and coaching your team to provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products and working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding sales service
  • Deliver against sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current trends
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results through interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service
  • Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
