Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving customer complaints in a professional manner, and promoting our brand values at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs.
  2. Processing Stock Deliveries and Inventory Control: Process stock deliveries, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
  3. Point of Sale Interaction and Till Reconciliation: Handle customer transactions, process sales, and reconcile till operations accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Prior retail/hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
