Customer Service Leader

The Customer Service Leader plays a vital role in our retail team, supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain memorable customer connections by leading by example and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising strategy, ensuring an engaging and appealing shopping environment.
  • Effectively manage stock volumes, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient processing of deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager on operational tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
